These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit our website at flownationai.com, submit an inquiry through our contact form, or engage us for services. By using the website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

FlowNation AI is a sole proprietorship operated by Te'Darrius Weekley in the United States. You can reach us at tedarrius@flownationai.com.

2. Using the website

You may use our website for your personal or business evaluation of our services. You agree not to use the website in a way that violates any law, infringes our or another party's rights, or interferes with the operation of the website.

3. Contact form submissions

When you submit our contact form, you are asking us to respond to your inquiry. We will respond by email. If you also check the optional SMS consent box, we will additionally send text messages related to your inquiry. The SMS program is described in our SMS Terms of Service. SMS consent is not required to submit the form or to engage our services.

4. Services

If you engage FlowNation AI to build, configure, or operate automation systems, the specifics of each engagement (scope, deliverables, pricing, timeline, guarantees) will be set out in a proposal, invoice, or written agreement between you and us. Those engagement documents, together with these Terms, form our full agreement. In the event of conflict, the engagement documents control.

Systems we build for you typically depend on third-party providers you control and pay for (examples: Twilio, OpenAI or Anthropic, Stripe, Google Workspace, Supabase, Railway, Vercel, n8n). You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts and paying those providers directly.

5. Fees and payment

Fees for engagements are stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, fees are due on the schedule stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in paused work or suspended access to subscription systems we operate on your behalf.

6. Intellectual property

The content of our website (including text, design, and code) is owned by FlowNation AI or used with permission. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute it without permission, except for reasonable personal or business evaluation.

Work product delivered under an engagement is governed by the terms of that engagement. By default, we retain ownership of tooling, templates, and components we reuse across clients, and you receive a license to use them as part of your delivered system.

7. Confidentiality

Information you share with us during an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the services you engaged us for. We use reasonable security measures to protect it. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information in more detail.

8. Disclaimers

The website and our free content are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Any performance outcomes referenced in marketing material (including SMS response rates, revenue recovered, or appointment conversion rates) describe results achieved in specific engagements and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same results. Guarantees specific to your engagement will be stated in your proposal or agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FlowNation AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website or our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your engagement is limited to the amount you paid us under that engagement during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using the website at any time. If you are engaged with us for services, either party may terminate the engagement on the terms stated in the applicable proposal or agreement. Cancellation of a subscription system results in loss of access to that system, as described in your agreement.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FlowNation AI's principal place of business is located, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the website or our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
