Privacy Policy

The short version. I collect the information you send me so I can respond to your inquiry and run the services I provide. I do not sell your data. I do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. You can ask me to delete your data at any time.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to FlowNation AI, a sole proprietorship operated by Te'Darrius Weekley and located in the United States ("FlowNation AI," "FlowNationAI," "we," "us," or "our"). You can reach us at tedarrius@flownationai.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, and a small amount of technical information collected automatically when you visit our website.

Information you provide:

Name, email address, and phone number submitted through our contact form at flownationai.com/contact.
The content of the message you submit.
First name and email address submitted through the newsletter signup, the automation quiz, or the hidden hours calculator.
Whether you opted in to receive SMS messages (the SMS consent checkbox is optional).
Messages you send to us by email, SMS, or during a scheduled call.
Any additional information you choose to share with us during a sales or service engagement.

Information collected automatically:

Standard server logs from our website host (IP address, user agent, timestamps).
Basic analytics about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, referring source). We do not use analytics to track individual identifiable users.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide only for the following purposes:

To respond to your inquiry by email.
If you signed up for the newsletter or used the quiz or calculator, to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from any issue.
If you opted in to SMS, to send you text messages related to your inquiry as described in our SMS Terms of Service.
To deliver the services you have engaged us for.
To send occasional operational updates about services you are actively using.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not use your information to send unrelated marketing messages, and we do not use your phone number for any program other than the inquiry response program you opted into.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers we use to run our business. Examples include our email providers (Google Workspace, Resend), our SMS provider (Twilio), our database, hosting, and spam-protection providers (Supabase, Railway, Cloudflare, Vercel), our newsletter provider (Mailchimp), our scheduling tool (Calendly), our payment processor (Stripe), and our AI provider (Anthropic). These providers only receive the data they need to perform their service, and they are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
Legal requirements. If we are required by law to disclose information in response to a valid legal request.

SMS opt-in data is never shared. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data you give us are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. This information is used solely by FlowNation AI to operate the SMS program you enrolled in.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as we reasonably need it to respond to your inquiry and deliver services you have engaged us for, and for a short period after that for our own records. If you opt out of SMS or ask us to delete your information, we will remove the data we control, subject to any legal requirements to retain certain records.

6. Your choices and rights

You have the following rights regarding your information:

Access. Ask us what information we hold about you.
Correction. Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
Deletion. Ask us to delete the information we control.
SMS opt-out. Reply STOP to any SMS message or email us, as described in our SMS Terms of Service.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including storing it with reputable providers that use encryption in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be announced on this page.
